Houstonia caerulea

Description:

Two clusters of flowers. The first has lighter colored flowers. The second was a smaller bunch and the flowers were slightly darker. Four petals, pale bluish-white to light blue. Yellow centers. Thin stems and tiny leaves. Native wildflower.

Habitat:

Rockwood Park, Virginia. Temperate forest.
