Description:

Royal Beardtongue is a member of the figwort or snapdragon family (family Scrophulariaceae). Rising almost 2.0 ft tall with deep blue flowers.

Habitat:

Growing in a meadow next to Freestone Lake in Mazama, WA. It can be found in many types of habitat, including plateau and foothill scrub and subalpine mountain forests. Native to western United States.
