Stick Insect

Orthomeria cf. pandora

Description:

Sometimes also called as Orthomeria sp. Sierra Madre . I used to think that all phasmids looks the same - the usual long legged walking sticks - but i was so wrong ! The wings of this Orthemeria looks like a small horned cicada ! and its body looks like a neon green backbone that glows in the dark. Thanks to Albert Kang who introduced us to the beautiful world of phasmids !
