Thanks Mark. Jordi, I don't have any special or professional equipment (--Nikon Coolpix). I am just persistent, take load of shots and use lots of batteries...once in a great while, I get lucky. :-)
Nice spot Scott, can I know what macro are you using?
:) works well.
http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/... , Being proactive here ... The first step in getting a "picture ID" for this species on one of the dedicated reference links used by Project Noah. Right now there isn't an image of this dragonfly on either. I know it's my own photo(s), but there are many species records on those websites that don't have reference images, and these will do nicely, I think., once they are endorsed. ;-)
Thank you paperwaspnest!

Great series Scott!
Thanks DrNamgyal and Tiz! It was an extremely cooperative subject :-)
I find dragonflies hard to capture in a unique and creative way. This is a good example of how to do that. Great first photo!
Liked the spotting and the macro work, Scott. Great job!
