Black wasp, 1 cm long with an unusually thick ovipositor. Family Ichneumonidae.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.

Another Ichneumonidae
When you get as wasp that has lots of small segments in the antenna (more than 16) then it is almost always an Ichneumonidae or Braconidae.
