To the person who suggested the barn spider ID: barn spiders (Araneus cavaticus) are not found in India. Plus, this spotting doesn't show the apider's ventral side so it's hard to be certain of a species name. Sorry, I can't address you by name because my mobile device doesn't show that info. :-)
