The lesser capybara is a large semiaquatic rodent of the family Caviidae found in eastern Panama, northwestern Colombia and western Venezuela.
Different species than the big brother found in the middle and lower parts of the amazon, especially within brazil.

Yes, not so adorable is their smell ;-) shame many people keep these as pets!
