Take a look at this comparison of flycatcher species.

Based upon the apparent size of its beak, this looks like a Great Kiskadee, Pitangus sulphuratus, but it could be a Boat-billed Flycatcher, Megarynchus pitangua. They have similar coloration and both live in your area.
