I've had a spotting of this also! Definitely nightshade.

This looks like a Solanum species, something from the Nightshade family. Perhaps Solanum dulcamara: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanum_dul...

Here is my spotting of this species. It's possible that yours is a similar species or just a healthier specimen: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/130...

Dodecatheon are not vines so I think that rules it out (sorry suzmonk), though the flowers are somewhat similar.
