Description:

A medium-sized Bess Beetle on the washroom floor. Black exoskeleton with orange hairs at it's sides. Has a small wide "deformed" forehead with tiny horns which is typical of this species. About 25.5 mm in length. Under bright flash, it appears to be dark maroon.

Habitat:

Found in the hostel washroom of Bombalai Jungle Lodge, Tawau Hills Park, Sabah.

Notes:

>>>Map accuracy: 10m diameter. I woke up early for nocturnal insects left behind from last night.
