Telostylinus lineolatus
Small fly with long legs and odd shape, seen with complex fighting strategy when faced with another male while the female is looking at the fight from a relative distance. The males attack each other front to front and measure strength by wresling, I don't think any fly intend to hurt the other. It's only a display of power and the strongest/most strategic wins the female that in the end chooses the male that is most attractive for her. size is about 1 cm.
Urban settlement, close to small patches of jungle.
