Gulf Toadfish

Opsanus beta

Description:

Haha, look at that face, this is a gulf toadfish from the Tulsa Aquarium. The gulf toadfish is considered a trash fish, which is kinda mean, but they hook onto several types of bait and prevent fishers from catching game fish, since they look dangerous and are slimy. Poor toadfish.

Habitat:

They can be found in shallow waters in the Gulf of Mexico.
