Description:

Sunflowers can grow up to 10 feet tall and grows throughout North America. The head can be from 3-6" wide and is edged with bristles. Flowers July through November.

Habitat:

This sunflowers plus others grows in our wild milk weed garden and apparently came about because of bird droppings. We have bird feeders with sun flower seeds in them.
