Snowy Egret

Egretta thula

Description:

A small, active white heron, the Snowy Egret is found in small ponds as well as along the ocean shore. Its black legs and yellow feet quickly identify it.

Notes:

Always hanging out in the Venice Canals. I don't know what type of bird this is. Thanks saintshrike!

I know it might sound strange, but the yellow feet are helpful in identifying it. The one of it just standing is also very helpful, because the beak coloring is also helpful in identifying egrets.
