Sceloporus occidentalis occidentalis
Small striped brown lizard
In the rocks along the banks of the Illinois River in southern Oregon, where summers are pretty warm and dry.
Very fast-moving when it senses danger, diving for cracks to hide in. It can be seen when sunning itself on fences (or other places).

Hi! Nice spotting. Did you get to see the blue belly? :) Please consider adding it to the "Reptiles of the Pacific Northwest" mission!
