Cebus apella
I spotted him near the Napo River, a tributary of the Amazon in Ecuador.
Since 2011 this one is called: Sapajus apella. Almost all Cebus sp. were Sapajus besides the most common one Cebus capuchinus and some others.
No, its not a howler! He looks exactly like a Tufted capuchin, but I'm not sure because the location. :)
