Native to Hawaii. This beautiful tree produces very fragrant flowers in a variety of colors - white, yellow, pink, red. The Hawaiians use these flowers to make their leis.

This plant likes a hot and humid climate. If it gets too cold the plant may die. The reason why mine is so short is because I hard to cut it back after the winter. Best to have these in pots so you can transport them inside if the temperature drops.
