it looks to me like a Ctenosaura sp. also known as spiny-tailed Iguana Probably Ctenosaura similis Looks like a female....
I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that's not a Green Iguana. It lacks the large smooth scales below the ear opening (unless I'm just not seeing them). I wish I could offer a more helpful suggestion on what it is.
