Description:

Large caterpillar, approx 5cm long, spotted on a citrus tree in our garden in SE Qld, Australia today. Any ideas on what it is and what kind of butterfly it will become?

I think it is the caterpillar of the Orchard Swallowtail Butterfly - Papilio aegeus
