Thank you for the suggestion, whatsthatwish. I spent a lot of time trying to match the fish by shape and color and region but was at a loss. This matches all.
Correction: Surgeon, not Sturgeon.
I think this might be an Ocean Sturgeon (Acanthurus bahianus) but i can't be 100%. The coloration does not match but it's the closest shape.
