The only primates in that area that are indigenous are the chacma baboon and vervet monkey. A little misleading.
They certainly have a sad affect.
Oh! so yes, it's definitely a Howler monkey!
This was in a monkey park, so they're not all necessarily native to South Africa... Thanks again! :)
