This is probably blue-eyed grass (genus: Sisyrinchium). See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sisyrinchiu.... Take a look at the reference and see if you'd agree. These are tiny flowers, maybe a half inch across. They only open on sunny days and stay closed on cloudy and rainy days.
