I agree with Monkey-mind, I couldn't match up 100% the serrated egdes of the leaves with Fagus, but wasn't sure if it was a Malus. Thanks for the help.

as far as I see, the upper side of the leafs isn´t shiny, is it? So I vote for the red wild ornament appletree

Ok, thanks Monkey-mind, then maybe its a type of Malus

well, it is an appletree, red leafs and pink flowers, has little cherrysized apples - I can´t produce a name, but it is in East Europe a common ornamental plant

Thanks for the follow up. Still not 100% sure but I'm going to go with a red variety of European Beech - Fagus sylvatica
