Arothron nigropunctatus
Pufferfish make up for their sluggish behaviour by being incredibly toxic if ingested. I have frequently seen these guys sleeping in beds of soft coral (a very very cute sight!!) in broad daylight.
In the second picture is a black variety of this puffer species being cleaned by a cleaner wrasse inside a soft coral.
