Great spot! I find millipedes fascinating - some species are incredibly good mothers & will protect their eggs voraciously!

Since you know the scientific name, please go ahead and fill in that field. I've kept this species before at home and think they're great. I never knew the name "chongololo." That's really neat! Oh, and I moved this spotting to Arthropods for you.

Its a type of african giant millepede...... commonly known as a chongololo. Once it has rained, they are out in full force.... not poisonous I dont think
