Western tiger swallowtail?

Habitat:

Pacific Northwest, at edge of rain forest predominated by hemlock and fir, ferns - wet. We're definitely in the wet zone of the Cascades

Notes:

I've lived here - same spot - since 1973 and I've never seen (noticed) so many. Whether or not there's been an uptick, the population looks strong and healthy to my inexperienced eye.

Not 100 percent sure, but I'm thinking it's a Pale Swallowtail!
