Hyla Versicolor

Description:

Bright green skin, (though their color varies to whatever the color of the substrate is.) bright yellow patch under hind-leg, male, (due to dark colored throat.) Also known as "North American Tree-Frog" to defer from their European cousins.

Habitat:

Found mostly through-out the eastern half of the United States, but can live in places like Quebec, Canada.

Notes:

Found him basking while on my way back to my car.
