Congrats! This spotting has been featured as a PN Fun Fact!

Project Noah Fun Fact: What better way to spend a hot day than eating a cool, refreshing piece of watermelon? Did you know that watermelons were native to Africa and they are a type of fruit known as a pepo? A pepo is a berry which has a thick rind and fleshy center. Watermelon has been a favorite of many peoples. Watermelon seeds were even found in the tomb of the Pharaoh Tutankhamun! A watermelon contains about 6% sugar and 91% water by weight and is a good source of vitamin C and lycopene.
