Odocoileus sp.
Riparian state park.
Might be a Red Deer, please help ID. Observed at least 4 individuals in a herd/group.
"White-tailed deer are common in the area and mule deer are occasionally seen." http://www.naturalkansas.org/lake.htm
I'm thinking it likely that they're white-tailed deer. Red deer is more like an elk (in Europe); in the US we have mule deer, whitetailed and blacktailed deer.
