Spotting

Description:

Very small, knat size bug with what appears to be white fuzz on it.

Notes:

Caught these all the time when I was little. They used to tell me to catch them, make a wish, and release them to carry my wish and hope one day it would come true. I've seen them flying in the woods and in my backyard.
