it tastes like mangosteen.. the flesh that surrounds the seeds can be sweet..

I tasted some of the powder which was extremely bitter - can see why they add loads of sugar. And a chocolate bar is definitely a whole lot yummier. :)

I know how it tastes when its still fresh..its seeds are kinda gooey and sweet..it taste like mangosteen..

This is correct, the seeds are used to make cocoa powder/chocolate.
