Blue Salvia

Salvia does seem to fit better.

They are in full sun out in the restaurant and bar area of the mall.

Not 100% sure of the species but it's definitely a blue salvia. We use a lot of them at my work.

Wow! I wish my salvia got that large. I must need to move them.

Possible delphinium? Unsure which one.
