Thanks for the ID! I kept seeing this and wondering. The flowers are gorgeous!

Catalpa's will grow into a fairly large nice tree covered in blooms. The flowers are quite showy for a large tree. It's a shame they can't be admired up close once the tree gets large. They also get nice long cigar shaped seed pods.
