Carolina Anole

Anolis carolinensis

Description:

Challenge: How many anoles can you find in this picture? My wife and I were walking in Sequoya Park when we came across this tree with over a dozen of these guys hanging all over it and around its base. Anybody know why that many would be congregated in such a small area? [There are at least four anoles in the picture :)]

Habitat:

On and around the base of a tree near a small pond.
