It's interesting to note the timing of the flowering in different locations. This ubiquitous orchid seems to be doing well.

There are 1000's of them flowering in my area right now, and isolated individuals of Goodyera tesselata are already a little past their prime: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/685.... Hopefully the heavy clouds and rain up here will pass and I can get some shots of the big patches.

The Rattlesnake plantain are just sending up their stocks now.
I see them on the lower mountain trails in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia.

Nice pictures. The Goodyeras are some of my favorite plants. They're just starting to flower up here and I hope to post some pics soon.
