Wedelia

Sphagneticola trilobata

Description:

Sphagneticola trilobata, commonly known as the Bay Biscayne Creeping-oxeye,[3] is a plant in the Heliantheae tribe of the Asteraceae (sunflower) family. It is native to the Neotropics[1] and is widespread as an invasive species in the Pacific. source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sphagnetico...

Notes:

With its yellow flowers and glosssy green leaves, This makes for a good ground cover for gardens, even under shade, but it can get quite persistent and will need constant trimming. Found this one beside the road near the rice fields. There are several wikipedia sources, here's another one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wedelia
