All Ephemera have blotchy spots in the middle of their forewing. The tergite sublateral maculation pattern aligns with Hexagenia limbata. Here is the blotchy pattern in this sample.

Try using that as bait for trout fishing! They go nuts when there's a hatch around... Real pretty..
