Tanacetum parthenium
Feverfew is a commonly found traditional medicinal herb, found in many old gardens, and is also occasionally grown for ornament. The plant grows into a small bush up to around 46 cm (18 in) high, with citrus-scented leaves and is covered by flowers reminiscent of daisies. This plant self seeds itself all over the garden and we let it go wherever it wants to - the bees and bugs love it.
It spreads rapidly, and they will cover a wide area after a few years and can be seen all over the UK.
I took this shot in my garden in Suffolk, England after a lovely light rain, I love rain on plants and flowers, it gives them a kind of magical quality.

Feverfew is amazing stuff
Feverfew has gained a good reputation as a medicinal herb and extensive research since 1970 has proved it to be of special benefit in the treatment of certain types of migraine headaches and rheumatism.
