Parasited Sphinx Moth Caterpillar

Eumorpha sp.

Description:

This caterpillar has a sad story. When I first found the caterpillar it was just a common caterpillar resting on a twig, after a couple of minutes, when I started taking pictures, a small parasitoid larvae emerged from his body. Later more and more tiny larvae emerged and start building their cocoons. The caterpillar was still alive and in pain, it was almost painfull to see.
