Along planted village fence row near plot of disturbed undergoing secondary regeneration. Also close to disturbed coastal freshwater swamp forest/sago swamp forest paralleling ocean beach.

I would say most likely part of the Lygaeidae family, but not exactly sure which species.
Cotton bug..?
