A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Papilio glacus
Yellow butterfly with black stripes, probably most photographed of all our butterflies on Noah taken by my Brother-in-law in CA They had never seen it before and their oldest Grandchild knew it immediately.
It seems to inhabit all of our country and more of the World than you would expect. Mixed forests, wooded swamps, hammocks, forest edges, usburban gardens.
Photographed by Alistair Bradley in Arroyo Grande, CA and sent to me for Noah.
