I'm pretty sure species of Symmerista are indistinguishable unless reared to adults.

looks like two different species. its either orange-humped mapleworm or red-humped oakworm. so if you know what tree either is from...

I added 2 more pics - the front end of the orangey one and the rear end of the yellow one.

One view is of the head, the other is of the tail end. They are 2 different specimens- one was more orange than the other, but they both had the same pattern stripes and the same black and white leopard print on the tail.
