Either Morus rubra or Morus abla (white mulberry). Apparently, the only difference in the leaves of the two is that the underside of M. rubra is pubescent while the underside of M. abla is glabrous. The white mulberry is an exotic invasive from China. It also hybridizes with our native red mulberry.

I think this is one of the mullberry tree species, maybe red mulberry (Morus rubra)? Their leaves can be highly variable in shape.
