Habitat:

Valley of flowers at the height of 1200-4000mtrs.

well, I´ve seen Mentha pulegium, that looks like this... http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mentha_pule...
I think this is only an european sp. ;) but it does look alike, doesn´t it?
