this one had a rather bright yellow cap. and no veil but thank you for the sugfestion. I need to start printing my finds for better id
Looks like Bolbitius vitellinus, maybe dried a bit. Check http://www.mushroomexpert.com/bolbitius_... to see if the characteristics match.
