It's green,small, and hops around everywhere. They can grow to be anywhere between 2.5 - 12mm. Though this one is green a leaf hopper can also be brown or have bright bands of color on their wings. They mostly feed on the stems and leaves of plants.
It was found hopping around in the grass.
