Rabid Wolf Spider

Description:

Is dark gray with two lighter vertical stripes across the top. Their first pair of legs are darker than their other legs which are brown. This spider was found in a rotting log on the ground. The log was on a hill side near the lake.

Habitat:

Often found in wooded areas. They usually live among litter,rubbish, inholes, under rocks, and low foliage areas.
