Hi Eva, this is a beautiful find (bee-youtiful, ;-) )! I believe this may be a species of Bumble Bee, rather than a honey bee. Check out genus Bombus: http://bugguide.net/node/view/3077

I think this especially looks similar to a Perplexing Bumble Bee: http://bugguide.net/node/view/79001
