Tou-La-Lou or Fiddler Crab

Cardisoma guanhumi

Description:

Hundreds of small homes on the beach for the land crab, they poke their little heads out, and I am not fast enough to get their photo! I took photos of what their home looks like. They are all hiding in their homes and if you put your finger in there they will bite!! I think they come out at night to feed? I finally found a way to take the photo I updated with a photo on # 3.

Habitat:

Gulf of Mexico
