Spotting

Description:

Flowering plants all over this park, that I'd never noticed before. Pretty little lacy flowers once I looked up close. They seem to be mostly heading into the Late Flowering stage.

Habitat:

Wooded park

Notes:

I think this might be Richweed - Collinsonia canadensis? After viewing lots of photos.

Oh great, thanks! And that's good to know.

Seconding the Collinsonia ID. The leaves and flowers have a nice lemony scent that can repel insects for a short time.

Thank you, Dan! I'm going to mark it as such.

Ashley, I think you're right, looks like Collinsonia canadensis.
